A Map of Kingston CACC Jurisdiction

Kingston CACC Map

Seen above is a map showing the area dispatched by Kingston CACC (the area inside the blue border). We are bordered by Lindsay CACC to the west, Renfrew CACC to the north and Ottawa CACC to the east.

This is what a workstation at the Kingston CACC looks like in 2021, during the COVID-19 Pandemic. An ACO is checking the next call in Queue to be assigned. If you look closely at the workstation in the photo to the right side of the screen, you will see four keyboards and four computer mice at the ready for the Ambulance Communication Officer. From left to right, monitors display computerized versions of a Radio System, Telephony System, CAD incident management tools, and two mapping solutions. This equipment allows the Kingston CACC ACO staff to manage emergency and non emergency ambulance movements throughout the Kingston jurisdiction.
